Sometimes, there are people who misunderstand Bizcrush as a 'competing app' to existing event services like Umoh and Luma. But let me be honest with you.
Bizcrush is not a competitor but a strong partner😀.
If existing event services focus on event planning, ticket sales, and overall event management, Bizcrush focuses on optimizing networking and participant experience on-site according to the scale of the event. It's not a substitute service, but rather a complementary one that enhances the value of the event when used together!
1. Problems Found at the Event Site
One of the biggest problems we found was the way to acquire leads*. In the existing QR scan method, data was only collected when visitors show their QR code or scan their badge. However, in reality, many visitors skipped this process, resulting in the loss of valuable leads.
Moreover, the scanned information was just a simple contact record, causing us to miss out on important information such as visitors' interests or dwell time.
Because of these limitations, we directly witnessed that the actual lead conversion rate is only about 5-7%.
Besides that,
✅ Difficulty in recording communications with multiple people within the event environment
✅ Organizers want real-time KPIs, but the provision of event data is very slow
✅ Participants have to wait 1-2 weeks to receive important lead data, which is inconvenient
There were overall problems regarding 'experiences' at events, both big and small, and to solve this, we developed a new solution called 'Bizcrush' that combines Bluetooth and AI technology.

Lead Acquisition and Automatic Check-in Using Bluetooth Technology
Especially in large venues, there are many challenges in data collection and utilization. QR scanning only records 'contacts' but fails to capture the quality of actual networking, and participants often find checking in with QR codes at booths cumbersome, leading to the loss of crucial leads.
We aimed to solve this through Bluetooth functionality that allows for automatic check-in without having to turn on the app or scan QR codes individually.

✅ Automatically securing lead data by detecting booth visitors via Bluetooth

AI Automated Conversation Summary
One of the most disappointing moments at networking events is when you think, "What did I talk about with that person?" One of the most frequent complaints we heard while running 50 events was "I had a great conversation, but I couldn't remember the details after the event." This was especially true at events where many people were met. Then, our team leader came up with an idea.
"How about AI recording conversations during the event and summarizing them by profile?"
Our team shouted Eureka and immediately started developing this feature.
The planned content currently includes a total of three items

Although the functionality has not been fully implemented yet, we are planning to operate the first pilot event at the MVP stage in early July 2025.
Participant Bulk Registration and Invitations Made Easier
While preparing for the event, another major concern we experienced was participant management. Managing the list of participants in an Excel sheet, sending emails one by one, and manually confirming attendance was tedious and prone to errors.
Especially for large-scale events, this management task becomes a significant burden for the organizers. Additionally, it was nearly impossible to understand participants' engagement or interests in real time and make necessary adjustments during the event.
So, we organized all the tasks that the organizers or participants manually handle into a list. And we approached it by automating these items one by one. This way, the burden on those who operate the event can be greatly reduced while creating better data and participant experiences!
