Easily manage events with Bizcrush and the Luma API integration

Managing a great event doesn’t stop at RSVPs. The real magic happens during the event — and that’s where most platforms fall short. If you’re using Luma to manage registrations, you can now integrate BizCrush in under 1 minute to automatically power attendee discovery, Bluetooth check-in, and post-event lead capture.
Here’s how to get set up in just a few clicks.
📱 One-Time API Setup: Connect Once, Sync Forever
Getting started with the Luma-BizCrush integration takes less than 5 minutes. Here's how to connect your accounts:
Step 1: Install the Bizcru.sh app and sign up
First, install the Bizcru.sh app and create an account. Download it from the app store or Google Play and complete the sign-up.

Step 2: Access the Website
Click the link below to go to the Bizcru.sh homepage.

Step 3: Click the Login Button
Click the 'Login' button located at the top right of the page.

Step 4: Log in with your account
Please log in using the account information you created earlier in the app.

🔗 Set Up API Integration (only once)
Now that your accounts are linked, importing events is ridiculously simple:
Step 5: Start Adding Events
Click the 'Add Event' button at the top of the Bizcru.sh homepage.

Step 6: Select Luma Integration
Please select 'Import My Events from Luma'.

Step 7: Get API Key
When a popup appears, please click the 'Go to Check Luma API Key' button. Clicking this button will automatically take you to the Luma service.

Step 8: Log in to Luma and Select Account
Go to the Luma page and log in if you are not logged in. After logging in, select your account.

Step 9: Copy API Key
As you scroll down the page, you will see the API KEY section. Clicking the API KEY will automatically copy it to the clipboard.

Step 10: Registration Completed on Bizcru.sh
Return to Bizcru.sh and paste the copied API key, then click the 'Register' button.

🎉 Congratulations! Your Luma and Bizcru.sh accounts are now successfully integrated. This setup only needs to be done once, and thereafter, events created on Luma will be automatically connected.
📅 Importing Events: From Luma to BizCrush in Seconds
Now that your accounts are linked, importing events is ridiculously simple:
Step 11: Load Events
Choose 'Import My Events from Luma' again.

Step 12: Select Desired Event
A list of events created on Luma will appear. Please select the event you wish to register with Bizcru.sh.

Step 13: Review Data and Save
Please carefully check the details of the selected event. After verifying that the title, date, time, description, etc. are correct, please click the 'Save Event' button.

Step 14: Registration Complete! 🎊
Finally, the event has been successfully registered on Bizcru.sh!💡

🎯 Automatic Participant Notification System
Once event registration is complete, Bizcru.sh will automatically manage the participants. The organizer ensures that the participants can experience smart networking without any extra work!
Step 15: Automatic Notification Email Sending
After adding the event, a notification email will be automatically sent to the participants 'one day before the event starts'.

Step 16: One-Click Onboarding for Participants
Participants can easily start networking through the email with 1. Automatic AI Profile Creation and 2. One-Click App Installation. They can join the event without a complicated sign-up process, significantly increasing participant satisfaction.
