If you’re using Luma to manage registrations, you can now integrate BizCrush in under 1 minute to automatically power attendee discovery, Bluetooth check-in, and post-event lead capture.

Here’s how to get set up in just a few clicks.



📱 Getting Started with Bizcrush



Step 1: Install the Bizcrush App and Sign Up
First, please install the Bizcrush app and create an account. Download it from the App Store or Google Play and complete your registration.





Step 2: Access the Website
Click the link below to go to the Bizcrush homepage.

Step 3: Click the Login Button
Click the 'Login' button at the top right of the page.





Step 4: Log in with Your Account
Please log in with the account information you registered in the app.




🔗 One-Time API Setup: Connect Once, Sync Forever


Getting started with the Luma-BizCrush integration takes less than 5 minutes. Here's how to connect your accounts:




Step 5: Start Adding Events
Click the 'Add Event' button at the top of the Bizcrush homepage.




Step 6: Select Luma Integration
Please select 'Import My Events from Luma'.





Step 7: Get Your API Key
If a popup appears, please click the 'Go Check My Luma API Key' button. Clicking this button will automatically take you to the Luma service.





Step 8: Log in to Luma and Select Your Account
Go to the Luma page, and if you're not logged in, please log in first. After logging in, select your account.





Step 9: Copy Your API Key
Scroll down the page to find the API KEY section. Clicking on the API KEY will automatically copy it to your clipboard.




Step 10: Complete Registration on Bizcrush

Return to Bizcrush, paste the API key you copied, and click the 'Register' button.


🎉 Congratulations! Your Luma and Bizcrush accounts are now successfully integrated. This setup only needs to be done once, and thereafter, events created in Luma will automatically connect.




📅 Importing Events: From Luma to BizCrush in Seconds


Now that your accounts are linked, importing events is ridiculously simple:




Step 11: Import Events
Click 'Import My Events from Luma' again.




Step 12: Select the Desired Event
A list of events created in Luma will appear. Please select the event you want to register in Bizcrush.




Step 13: Check Data and Save
Please carefully check the data of the selected event. After ensuring the title, date, time, description, etc., are correct, please click the 'Save Event' button.




Step 14: Registration Completed! 🎊
Your event has been successfully registered in Bizcrush!💡
