ADELAB Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a Delaware C-Corporation, operates the BizCrush service (“Service”). We are committed to protecting your personal information and complying with applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through BizCrush, how we use and share it, and your rights regarding this information.

BizCrush is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register or use the Service.


  1. Personal Information We Collect and Use


    We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve the Service:

    • Account Registration: Email address and name (required). Used to verify identity, create your account, and provide notices.

    • Profile Information (Optional): Company name, title, profile photo, or other networking details you choose to provide.

    • Meeting Records: When you record or log a meeting, audio data, meeting transcripts, and notes are collected for the purpose of generating summaries, follow-ups, and CRM sync.

    • CRM Integration: If you connect BizCrush to Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRMs, we collect and process the necessary tokens/credentials to sync contacts and meeting notes.

    • Payments: For Paid Services, we collect limited billing information via secure third-party processors (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Billing, Stripe). This may include your name, email, transaction ID, and partial payment details. We do not store full credit card numbers.

    • Customer Support: When you contact us, we collect your name, email, and inquiry details to respond.

    • Automatic Data Collection: Device type, OS version, IP address, usage logs (such as feature usage and in-app navigation). Used for basic analytics, error diagnostics, and service improvement.



  1. Sharing of Personal Information and Service Providers


    We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as necessary:

    • Payment Processors: Apple, Google, and Stripe process subscription payments securely.

    • CRM Integrations: If you connect your CRM, we transmit data as required to complete the sync.

    • Analytics: We use third-party analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics or equivalent) to understand Service usage. These providers process limited data (device info, usage patterns) on our behalf.

    • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or valid legal process.

    All service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for our purposes and to protect it.



  1. Retention of Personal Information


    We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

    • Account Data: Deleted promptly when you delete your account, unless retention is required by law.

    • Payment Records: Retained as required by tax/accounting law (typically up to 5 years).

    • Support Records: Retained for up to 1 year after resolution (or longer if required by law).

    • Usage Logs: Retained for up to 1 year for analytics and troubleshooting, then anonymized or deleted.



  1. Disposal of Personal Information


    When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it:

    • Electronic files → permanently deleted or overwritten.

    • Physical documents (if any) → shredded or incinerated.

    You may exercise the following rights under applicable laws (including CCPA, GDPR-style rights, etc.):

    • Access: Request details of personal data we hold.

    • Correction: Correct or update inaccurate information.

    • Deletion: Delete your account and associated data.

    • Restriction/Objection: Request limited processing in certain cases.

    • Withdraw Consent: Revoke optional consents at any time.

    • Portability: Request a copy of your provided data in a portable format (where applicable).

    Requests can be made via in-app settings or by contacting us (see Section 11). We may need to verify your identity.



  1. Member Responsibilities


    • Keep your account credentials secure.

    • Do not misuse or disclose other users’ information obtained through BizCrush.

    • Use the Service responsibly and for legitimate professional purposes.



  1. Technical and Administrative Measures


    We implement strong safeguards to protect your data:

    • Encryption of sensitive transmissions (HTTPS/TLS).

    • Access Controls to limit internal handling of personal data.

    • Monitoring & Auditing of system security.

    • Employee Training on privacy and security.

    • Incident Response plans in case of data breaches.

    No system is 100% secure, but we continuously improve to protect your information.



  1. Processing of Pseudonymized / Aggregated Data


    We may use anonymized or pseudonymized data for analytics, research, and improving the Service. Such data cannot identify you without additional information and is handled under strict safeguards.

  1. Miscellaneous


    • Third-Party Links: Our Service may link to third-party sites. This Policy does not cover them; review their privacy policies separately.

    • International Transfers: Data may be processed in the U.S. or other jurisdictions where we operate or use service providers. We ensure appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

    • Children’s Privacy: We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.



  1. Notification of Changes


    We may update this Privacy Policy as our Service evolves or laws change.

    • Minor updates: Announced at least 7 days before effective date.

    • Material changes: Announced at least 30 days in advance.

    • Consent: If required, we will obtain renewed consent.

    The Effective Date at the top shows when the current version takes effect.



  1. Additional Privacy Disclosures for U.S. Users (California Residents)


    In accordance with the CCPA/CPRA:

    • Right to Know: You may request disclosure of categories and specific personal information we have collected in the past 12 months.

    • Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal data, subject to legal exceptions.

    • Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate information.

    • Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

    • Right to Non-Discrimination: Exercising your rights will not result in denial of service or different pricing.

    • Do Not Track (CalOPPA): We currently do not respond to DNT browser signals. We provide other methods to control personalization (see in-app settings and device privacy controls).

    Requests may be made by contacting privacy@bizcrush.ai with subject line “CCPA Request.” We will verify your identity before fulfilling requests.
