1. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

BizCrush's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • Specific Use: We only use Google Calendar data to provide scheduling and productivity features within the BizCrush.ai platform.

  • No Selling: We do not sell your Google user data to third parties.

  • No Advertising: Your Google user data is never used for serving advertisements.

  • Human Review: No human will read your Google user data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific entries, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required to comply with applicable laws.


2. Information We Collect

To provide our core services, we may collect the following:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and profile picture provided during Google OAuth login.

  • Google Calendar Data: With your explicit consent, we access your Google Calendar events (read-only) via the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly scope.



3. How We Use Your Data

BizCrush.ai uses the data accessed through Google Calendar API solely to:
Display and Sync: Show your upcoming meetings and events within the BizCrush dashboard.

  • Workflow Optimization: Analyze schedule patterns to provide AI-driven productivity insights.

  • Service Enhancement: Improve the functionality and user experience of our AI assistant.



4. Data Storage and Security

  • Protection: We implement industry-standard encryption (AES-256 and TLS) to protect your data during transit and at rest.

  • Retention: We only retain your Google data for as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide the services.

  • Deletion: You can revoke access via your Google Account settings or by deleting your account on BizCrush.ai. Upon deletion, all associated Google data will be permanently purged from our servers within 30 days.



5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share your Google user data with third parties except for essential service providers (e.g., encrypted cloud hosting) who are contractually bound to maintain data confidentiality. We do not share this data with AI model providers in a way that allows them to use your personal data for training purposes without your explicit consent.
